Crisol Farm

On the sunny slopes of La Cruz, in the Valparaíso region, Granja Crisol cultivates some of the best organic avocados in Chile. This family project, led by Juan Carlos and Marcela since 2000, was born from a deep conviction: to produce food in harmony with nature.

What began as a traditional avocado plantation was transformed in 2007 into an organic-biodynamic project, where each tree is cultivated following natural rhythms and without the use of agrochemicals. Today, its 7.1 hectares produce between 80,000 and 90,000 kilos of avocados annually, grown using practices that respect both the land and those who work it.

Although Vecinos prioritizes local products from the Los Lagos region, we make an exception for Granja Crisol avocados because we know they are an essential ingredient in Chilean cuisine. By choosing these avocados, you are not only enjoying a chemical-free product, but also supporting a family that has dedicated more than two decades to developing more conscious and sustainable agriculture.
