Behind Ried-Wurst is Gustavo Ried , a master charcutier and entrepreneur whose passion for cooking and traditions led him to found his own delicatessen. He grew up surrounded by the flavors and techniques he learned from his grandmother in the countryside, where longaniza sausages, blood sausages, and head cheeses were prepared by hand every year. These memories shaped his path and awakened in him the desire to rescue and perfect the craft.

Ried-Wurst is the result of years of dedication and experimentation, combining traditional methods with innovation . Here, charcuterie is made without preservatives, gluten, and sea salt , respecting natural curing and smoking times to achieve an authentic flavor. Their products include salamis, smoked ribs, guanciale, blood sausages, and longaniza sausages , including unique recipes like Italian longaniza with anise and basil.
