🌼 The scent of spring, sincere glances

I won't deny it, sometimes I sit down to write these emails thinking about the perfect formula so that those who receive them (and decide to open them) resonate with our message and support us with their purchases.

Today is a little different. After so many months of rain and little sunlight... There's already a smell of spring in the air . Not only in our surroundings, which are filled with buds and birdsong, but also in the people we encounter. There's a different energy, creative, cheerful, a little more colorful .

One of the greatest gifts I've received from leading this project is getting to know So many people passionate about what they do . Week after week, they come knocking on the door of our little shop: gardeners, coffee growers, pastry chefs, bakers, beekeepers, and so many others. All with sincere, hopeful, and happy eyes.

It is wonderful to be able to share with you the work and food that comes from the land and from the hands of more than 60 people who are part of this neighborhood. And everything is so delicious that all we want is to share it with more people.
Therefore, starting this week we have reached Puerto Montt And starting next week, we'll begin with two days of deliveries per week: Mondays and Thursdays.

There is no better investment than returning to the land and feeding ourselves well.

A springtime hug!

"I feel like I've put my feet on solid, sunny ground, the foundation of all philosophy and poetry, and even of all religion."

I am certain that the man who recovered a few acres of land last summer also redeemed parts of his character. I don't think I'll ever find him in a hospice or in jail again. In fact, in a way, he's on his way to heaven. When I received the farm, there wasn't even a grafted tree, and now he earns a not inconsiderable sum from selling fruit. These acts, in the absence of others, demonstrate a certain moral worth.

Henry D. Thoreau. Journals, March 1, 1852.
