Multifloral artisanal honey that captures the essence of the biodiversity of Fundo Playa Venado, composed of nectars from meadows, wildflowers, Valdivian forest and agroecological garden.
Bees collect wildflowers such as dandelions, seven-veined flowers, buttercups, foxgloves, chamomile, maqui, and chilco from meadows of white and pink clover. From the Valdivian forest, they gather lingue, ciruelillo, luma, tepa, laurel, arrayán, meli, coigüe, oak, raulí, and ulmo trees.
The vegetable garden contributes flowers from strawberries, raspberries, myrtle, currants, blueberries, plums, cherries, apple trees, as well as lavender, rosemary, mint, dahlias, chrysanthemums, sunflowers, calendulas, azaleas, artichokes and vegetables.
