Specialty coffee grown at 1950 meters above sea level in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, with the Pache Rojo varietal processed using the washed method. Its profile develops sweet notes of blackberry, brown sugar, panela, and plum, creating a fruity and complex cup experience.

With an SCA score of 85.5, this coffee represents Erick's constant pursuit of offering exceptionally high-quality beans roasted in small batches. Its Guatemalan origin provides the ideal altitude and conditions for developing the natural sugars that result in its characteristic sweet notes.
