Nene's Sourdough Bread

Artisan breads fermented for 24 hours with sourdough starter, where traditional breadmaking blends with local ingredients from southern Chile. Each loaf is more digestible and nutritious thanks to the natural fermentation.

Available varieties:

Country Bread - The everyday favorite with the aroma of traditional marraqueta bread. 85% white flour and 15% whole wheat. Versatile for sandwiches, jam, or butter. A favorite with children.

Rustic Ciabatta - Crispy crust and airy crumb. 90% white flour and 10% whole wheat. Perfect for sandwiches, charcuterie boards, or with olive oil. (Approx. 7 loaves per kg)

Wholemeal Seed Bread - A blend of 50% wholemeal, 5% rye, and 45% white flour with poppy, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds. Mild flavor, earthy aroma, and grains. The most nutritious in our selection.
